Refund Policy

You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund if it is defective or damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if more than 15 days have passed since your purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

For an exchange or return, you must contact us at info@produitshandy.com for authorization before sending the item.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs to receive an exchanged product.

Once a refund has been processed by Handy Adapted Products Inc., please allow 7 to 10 days for it to appear on your credit card statement.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Products (For Hygienic Reasons)

The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:

• Absorbent Pads for G-tube
• Swimsuit or swim diaper
• Absorbent and waterproof bib
• Waterproof Feeding Bib
• Cleaning Brush for Enteral Feeding Tube Extension (if the package has been opened)

Products Purchased from a Retail Partner

If you purchased an item from one of our retail partners (in-store or online), any refunds or exchanges must be processed directly through the retailer. We do not issue refunds for products purchased through third-party sellers.

Processing Times

• In-stock items will be processed within 2 business days.
• Out-of-stock items: Customers will receive an email with the estimated processing time.

International Shipping

• Delivery can take 7 to 20 business days.
• Any customs duties or additional taxes upon arrival in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the package needs to be re-sent, they will be required to cover the additional shipping costs.
